I am writing to let you know how very pleased I am with your service. I have had some people with other ticketing services try and get me to switch to their service lately. I won't even consider it! First of all, I will say that the reason I started out with your service was because of your price! We are a new nightclub and couldn't afford the outrageous startup fees and then the large online fees passed on to our customers would have been an instant failure. I appreciate the way your system is set up. It has saved us and our customers a lot of money. However, the main reason I am writing is to tell you the reason I am staying with your company - your customer service and technical support. I am very impressed to see a company and its account reps care so much about its clients! Also, your software is very easy to use and I appreciate the extra help with the new report I needed.

We were looking at using computerized ticketing for our fairgrounds and after looking at many different system the E-Tickets solution was the best, not only were we able to get teh software tailored to our fair but we didn't have to provide the hardware they had everything for us and there computers were great with there touch screen and credit card readers made ticket sales a breeze. I would recommend them for any fair and look forward to using them for years to come. -
