About Us
E-Tickets Software, Inc. has been providing ticketing and ticketing services since 1998. We originally started with one theatre that had a comedy show for an audience of 100 and went onto handling ticketing for venues selling more than 100,000 tickets annually. And currently we are an approved vendor to provide ticketing for the San Diego Convention Center, which has events with attendance of over 100,000 persons per event.
Since the very beginning our attitude has always been to serve others. This includes not only our family of venues but also their respective patrons who very much are part of each of the venues we work with. This has led us to take care of all our clients and their patrons in a way that clearly shows how much we care about our venues. We truly want you to succeed and make it in the 21st Century. We have since 1998 revised, reengineered, redeveloped our system to make it more powerful, more efficient and more user friendly for our clients. We have worked with some of the industries top IT professionals to find new ways of making sure our system is optimized with 100% efficiency, maintaining its lead in new ticketing technology. We pride ourselves on our customer service. We are willing to drop everything to provide any necessary support at any moment. Our technicians are certified and trained not only on our system, but also venue support. This means that we can also provide support for your computers/network/printers and any other IT related questions or problems you may face. Again, we will be there for you. We will make a system that is bullet proof, free from crashes and system delays. In addition to this, we also understand there will be times when you may need help. So we will ALWAYS be there for you!

Yeah we could say that we want to become the biggest and most powerful ticketing company out there…. and that would be true. It is our joy to add additional members to our family. Our company’s prosperity depends upon the success and leadership of our venues in the ticketing industry. The goal is to make ticketing more pleasant for the venue and also its patrons. Imagine being able to avoid the frustration of a million questions and answers in order to identify your patrons. Why not be able to search their phone number and see that Mr. Patron has been with us for 10 years, and (who knew!) he liked the front row and the event is available with a front row seat waiting for him? Going further, he will not only be sent a personalized email with his conformation but also of any special events and announcements from the venue. This is the direction that our venues are headed, restoring that personal touch that many remember from years past and that is rarely seen today.
